Functional Therapy and Rehab is a Medicare provider, so if you have coverage, you will almost certainly qualify for treatment. We also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care United Health Care, Senior Whole Health, Unicare/GIC, Workers Compensation, Aetna, and AARP
